Description

Performance

●High water reducing rate, low dosage. When using the recommended dosage, the water reduction rate can reach 20%-40%.

●For some local materials, compared with YL-PL-WR (038), the overall cost can be saved by 10~25%.

● Early strengthand high strength: Early strength and strength at all ages are significantly improved.

● Good slump retention: Normally, when preparing concrete that requires slump retention within 1 hour, this product can be used alone without introducing additional slump retention admixtures.

● High durability: This product can effectively reduce the water-cement ratio of concrete and improve durability.

●Can be formulated into various types of admixtures, such as: early strength type, retarding type, pumping type, antifreeze type.

● Green and environmentally friendly product: this product is chlorine-free and low-alkali, and does not cause pollution to the natural environment during the production process.

●This product will not corrode steel bars when mixed into concrete.

Dosage

0.2%-0.8% by weight of cementitious materials.Other dosages may be recommended in special cases according to specific job site conditions. In this case, please consult our Technical Services Department.

Application note

1. The product should be added to the concrete during the mixing process together with the water.

2. When using this product for the first time, or when there are changes in cement and other admixtures, tests must be done to determine the optimal dosage.

3. This product is a polymer mother liquor with a high concentration. After standing for a long time, due to gravity, the density in the lower part may be higher and the density in the upper part may be lower, and there may appear a small amount of floc, colloidal suspended matter or solid precipitation. If the above situation occurs within shelf life, it will not affect the performance of the product, and it can be used after being stirred evenly.

4. Overtime, the color may deepen, but the color change does not affect the use of the product.

5. Due to the high concentration of this product, the viscosity will be greater than 2000mPa·S in low temperature seasons. It is recommended to use a high viscosity liquid pump.

6. When the temperature is low, the release of this product is relatively slow. For best performance it is advisable to extend mixing time as appropriate.

7. When this product is used in combination with other additives, a compatibility test should be conducted. If other functional admixtures are prepared, the shelf life of the newly prepared admixture is not the same as that of this product. There is a possibility of deterioration after high temperature or exposure to sunlight. It is recommended to prepare for current use.

8. This product is non-toxic, but it is forbidden to eat. It should be kept out of the reach of children. If it gets into eyes or mouth, please rinse with water and seek medical help immediately.

Package & Storage

200L drum, 1.1 ton IBC tank, flexitank.

This product is weakly acidic and will corrode iron containers and affect product performance. Please use plastic containers for storage.

Store in a ventilated place, away from sunlight and moisture. Please take antifreeze measures in winter.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is 12 months if stored according to manufacturer's instructions in original unopened packaging. After the shelf life is exceeded, it can be used after the approval of test.
